Woman found dead at Midland hotel: Relatives are traced by police

Louise Elizabeth Smyth, 34, died while she was a guest at the Shrewsbury Hotel in Bridge Street on March 3.

Police say the cause of her death is yet to be determined and are awaiting post-mortem results, but at present it is not believed that her death was suspicious.

Miss Smyth was thought to be staying in the Shrewsbury area before her death. She was originally from the West Midlands area and had links to Dudley.

West Mercia Police is also looking to speak to two men called Roy Fletcher and Philip Griffiths and is asking them to make contact with Mick Homden, coroner's officer, on 0300 333 3000.
