Police appeal after dog bites child in Costa Coffee shop in Kidderminster
An appeal has been launched to find the owner of a dog which bit a child at a coffee shop in Kidderminster.
At about 2pm on November 2 the nine-year-old boy, who was visiting the coffee shop on Crossley Retail Park, was bitten by a black-and-white Border Collie-type dog.
The boy sustained minor injuries to his face, and West Mercia Police has asked for anyone with any information to get in touch.
PC Natasha Hadley said: “We are keen to identify the owner, as we believe the dog may be dangerous.
“We would urge anyone who was in Costa Coffee during the incident or anyone who may have information about who the owner is to please get in touch.
