Sam White, 19, has been ordered to keep away from  Kidderminster's Dixy Chicken branch in Comberton Hill along with two other premises in Worcester and Malvern after being made subject to a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) at Worcester Magistrates Court on October 3.

However, the branch closed its doors in the summer. Since than the matter has been brought to court.

The decision follows White's convictions for multiple thefts in Worcester city centre in particular Tesco Express in Foregate Street as well as him behaving in a disorderly manner by being abusive, threatening to shop staff and causing significant alarm and fear to members of the public.

Sam White was given a Criminal Behaviour Order.

He must also leave an area or premises when asked by someone who has authority to do so and is banned from behaving in a manner that causes a nuisance in the community within Worcester city centre.

Sgt Sarah England, of West Mercia Police's Worcester city centre team, said: “We are pleased the court has granted a CBO against White whose antisocial behaviour and thefts have impacted shops and businesses in the city and further afield, and caused alarm and distress to members of the public.

“Anyone who sees White breaching the terms should report it to us via 101 or online at West Mercia Police .”
