Wolverhampton woman fined and XL Bully destroyed after she failed to get exemption certificate
A Wolverhampton woman has been fined and had her XL Bully destroyed after being found guilty of owning a fighting dog.
XL Bullies were criminalised last February after several high-profile deaths involving the powerfully-built dogs.
Denise Fleet, of Park Dale Close, Wolverhampton, was found to own an XL Bully, which she had named Remmie, and was charged with possessing a fighting dog.
