Man dies following collision in Browhills between a bicycle and car - police appeal for witnesses and flower tributes laid
A cyclist has died following a road collision with a car in Brownhills on Friday - police appealing for witnesses as loved ones leave heartfelt tributes are left at the scene
West Midlands Police is appealing for information after a man has died following a collision involving a bicycle and a car on the A5 in Brownhills.
The rider, 61 year-old Adrian Hudson, sustained serious injuries near the junction of Chester Road North at just after 5.30am on Friday (March 20).
He was taken to hospital but sadly died on Friday night.
A series of heartfelt tributes with flowers from loved ones have been left at the scene.
One wrote: "I am so shocked and saddened by this news. I don't know what to say. Fly high friend. I'll never forget you.'
Another said: "So sorry Aid. Honestly don't have any words for this tragic accident. RIP."

A spokesperson for WMP said: “Our thoughts are with his loved ones and a specialist family support officer will be supporting them at this devastating time.
“The driver of the car - a Vauxhall Zafira - remained at the scene and is helping officers with our enquiries.”
