Man, 22, appears in court charged with multiple theft offences in Walsall
A man is appearing at court today charged with multiple theft offences in Walsall.

Joseph Hems was arrested on Saturday, November 29 in Walsall town centre after a number of thefts were reported in the last two months.
The 22-year-old has now been charged with multiple theft offences between October and November.

He was remanded in custody and is set to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Monday, December 1.
In Walsall, PC Courtney Tongue, the newly appointed Business Crime Co-ordination Officer for Walsall, has been tackling repeat shop theft offenders, arresting and charging them and bringing them before the courts for jail time.
