Buses diverted and 'major disruption' following Walsall crash
Drivers were warned of 'major disruption' and bus diversions following a crash in Walsall.
The crash happened on West Bromwich Road, Walsall.
It was first reported by National Express West Midlands at 4.54pm this afternoon, with the bus company warning of diversions for three of its services.
A National Express West Midlands spokesperson said: "Due to an incident at West Bromwich Road, Walsall, the 4, 4H and 4M are diverting to Walsall via: Walstead Road and Broadway West.
"We apologise for any disruption to your journey."
West Midlands Roads also warned of 'major disruption' along the route, saying that the road has 'become partially blocked', warning to 'allow extra time for travel'.
A West Midlands Roads spokesperson said: "A4031 West Bromwich Road / Broadway junction. Collision.
"Road partially blocked. Plan Ahead: Allow extra time for your journey and consider alternative routes where possible."
National Express West Midlands has said that the road has since reopened.
