Walsall drug dealer found with cocaine and cash in his car sentenced to three years in prison

A drug dealer has been jailed after officers found cocaine, cash and a mobile phone in the car he was driving in Rugeley.

Chevez Davies, 32, from Walsall, was sentenced to three years and three months in prison at Stafford Crown Court on Thursday, July 31 after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

Officers from Staffordshire Police's major and organised crime proactive teams searched a black Mazda parked at the Esso petrol station on Western Springs Road, Rugeley, on Monday, April 22 last year and found cocaine, £300 cash and a mobile phone.

They went on to search an address in Aldridge on the same day and found a large amount of cocaine and scales.
