Teenager left with serious leg injuries after car and moped crash in Cannock
A youth suffered a serious leg injury after a collision involving a car and a moped in Cannock town centre.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene after reports of a crash in Church Street off the Ringway at about 10pm on Saturday (July 26). A 16-year-old who was riding the moped was hurt during the incident.
Staffordshire Police said officers were called to the scene following reports of a collision.

The rider was taken to hospital by ambulance with suspected leg injuries. The car driver remained at the scene and assisted officers with their enquiries.
Anyone with any information or dashcam footage should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 823 of July 26.
The West Midlands Ambulance Service stated: "We were called at 10.04pm on Saturday, July 26 to reports of a collision involving a car and a motorcyclist.
"One ambulance attended the scene and found a teenage boy who had sustained a serious injury. He was treated on scene before being conveyed to Walsall Manor Hospital for further care."
