Drivers warned of delays on M6 in Staffordshire after crash
Motorists have been warned of delays on the M6 in Staffordshire following a crash.
National Highways: West Midlands posted on X this afternoon that a crash had taken place on the northbound carriageway between junctions 13 and 14 near Stafford.
The post said: "Traffic is stopped on the #M6 northbound between J13 and J14 near #Stafford due to a collision.
"Traffic Officers on scene. There are approx. 2.5 miles congestion on approach so allow extra journey time."
An updated post at about 3pm said: "Traffic has been released on the #M6 northbound between J13 and J14 near #Stafford following an earlier collision.
"There are 3 miles congestion following this incident causing 35 min delays above normal journey time. Allow time for delays to clear."
