Police support fire crews at scene of overnight West Bromwich blaze - crews have now left the scene
Crews have left the scene of a fire at an industrial unit in West Bromwich which was supported by police.
Around 30 firefighters were called out to Pikehelve Street near Hill Top in West Bromwich on Saturday evening and people were advised to stay clear of the area. They remained their overnight
Today West Midlands Fire Service confirmed they were no longer at the scene as of 9,20am after crews spent the night on scene, with assistance from West Midlands Police.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We were called to Pikehelve Street, West Brom shortly after 6.30pm yesterday after a fire at an industrial premises.
"Officers attended to support Fire Service colleagues."
