One left with minor injuries and road partially blocked after crash in Sandwell
A road became partially blocked following a crash in Sandwell this afternoon (August 22).
The A457 Dudley East Road, near to Tipton Road, Tividale, between Sandwell and Dudley, has become partially blocked following a collision on the route.
Emergency services attended the scene at around 1.45pm, finding two vehicles which had been involved in a collision.

One ambulance was also dispatched to the scene, where on arrival, they discovered one patient, a man, who was the driver of the first car, who had sustained minor injuries.
The man was treated by staff at the scene before being discharged.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 1.45pm to a road traffic collision involving two cars on Dudley Road East, Tividale.
"One ambulance attended the scene. Upon arrival, we found one patient who was the driver of the first car.
"He was assessed and had sustained minor injuries. He received treatment at the scene along with self-care advice before being discharged."
West Midlands Roads warned of 'minor disruption' on the route following the crash, warning that the route has become partially blocked.
On X, the groups said: " A457 Dudley Road East around Tipton Road, Tividale, Collision.
"Partially blocked. Minor disruption."
AA Traffic News also warned of 'slow traffic' on the route, saying that the crash has affected traffic in 'both ways'.
The group said: "Partially Blocked, crash, slow traffic.
"Partially blocked and slow traffic due to crash on A457 Dudley Road East both ways near A4033 Dudley Road West."
It is unknown yet as to the severity of the collision; however, emergency services have been contacted for more information.
