Three teenagers in custody after stolen motorbikes seized from Sutton Coldfield

Three teenagers have been arrested after three stolen motorbikes were recovered from a property in Sutton Coldfield.

Police were responding to reports that a bike had been stolen from Staffordshire.

It was then traced to an address in Sutton Coldfield, where two other stolen bikes - one of which, was used in a robbery in Kingstanding - were recovered. 

A 15-year-old, 16-year-old and 18-year-old were arrested.

The three arrested remain in custody as the investigation continues.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police: "Officers are relentless in trying to tackle all forms of vehicle crime across Sutton Coldfield, and colleagues from neighbourhood teams, response, and investigative units are working together to reduce it.
