'Theo was full of love' - Family pay tribute to ‘dearly missed’ teenage boy who died in Streetly crash
A heartbroken family have paid tribute to a 'dearly missed' 17-year-old boy who died in a horror crash in Streetly last month.
Theo Ganderton, from Streetly, was riding a white Yamaha bike when he was involved in a crash with a black Audi TT on Thornhill Road at about 11.20pm on Friday (August 29), only two days after the teen's 17th birthday.
The young man tragically died at the scene, despite efforts from emergency services.
The driver of the Audi stayed at the scene and is helping collision investigators with their inquiries.

In a statement, his heartbroken family said: “Theo Jay Ganderton is a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson, nephew and friend.
“Theo was full of love for the people close to him and had many hobbies, including ice skating, motorcycling, and karate.
“We'd like to thank all those involved in the efforts to save Theo's life. He'll be dearly missed by all who knew him.”
A fundraiser organised to create a memorial plaque and ease funeral costs for the teenager raised over £8,000 in just two days.
A poignant letter, left by a member of the community, described the immense loss felt by those who knew him, saying that they will 'miss him more than anything' in the world.
Dozens of heartfelt tributes of flowers and letters being left at the scene of the crash.
The tribute read: "You're genuinely one of the best people I've ever met, and you never failed to put a smile on my face every day.
"I'm going to miss you more than anything in the entire world."
