Three charged following Birmingham disorder

Three men have been charged after another man was assaulted in Birmingham.

A man in his 30s was found with injuries that are not believed to be serious in Tyburn Road, Birmingham, just before 4.40pm on Tuesday (January 27).

Following 'quick-time enquiries', West Midlands Police officers stopped a car that was suspected of being connected to the incident further along Tyburn Road.

Three men were arrested, and a search of the vehicle recovered an amount of drugs.

Terrance Brown, aged 20, from Birmingham, has since been charged with affray and possession of cannabis.

Efran Abbasbashi, 20, and Huans Munira, aged 21, also from Birmingham, were charged with affray and appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court yesterday.
