New food hygiene ratings have been given out to 15 restaurants across Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell, giving customers an insight into a business's cleanliness.

The hygiene ratings give potential eaters a snapshot of a restaurant's 'hygienic food handling', 'cleanliness and condition of facilities and building' and 'management of food safety'.

A score of five is considered 'very good', four 'good', three 'generally satisfactory', two 'some improvement necessary', one 'major improvement necessary' and zero 'urgent improvement required'.

Below are the latest food hygiene ratings to be handed to businesses in the Black Country.

Dudley:

Caspian Pizza, High Street, Lye - zero out of five. Inspection date: June 20.
