Motorists were caught in delays following the accident yesterday afternoon. The accident took place at the crossroads between Black Lake, Old Meeting Street, Church Lane and New Swan Lane, West Bromwich, at around 3.10pm.
A silver Peugeot 308 was involved in a collision with a yellow Peugeot 107. The male driver of the silver Peugeot got out of his car after the collision, as did a passenger of the yellow Peugeot.
The female driver was not able to leave the car herself as the impact was into the driver's side door, so she was cut from her vehicle. It is not however believed she suffered serious injuries.
