Do we need more bank holidays?

Monday marks the last bank holiday of the year before Christmas.

But there have been calls over the last few years for the government to add another bank holiday - perhaps on the last Monday in October - to give people an extra day off when British Summer Time changes to Greenwich Mean Time.
