Man from Walsall pleads not guilty to £40k fraud allegations over mother's money
A man from Walsall accused of defrauding his mother to the tune of about £40,000 has pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
Gary Moulder, aged 63, of Osborne Drive, Darlaston near Walsall is charged with one count of fraud between January 27, 2023 and February 25, 2024 in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely fraudulently signed multiple cheques as Shirley Moulder , intending to make a gain, namely, for himself.
The case relates to allegations that the victim, from Great Barr, did not sign the cheques which were deposited in the defendant's bank account.
