Police seek man in a Puma hoodie in Brownhills amid shop robbery investigation

Police investigating a robbery at a shop in Brownhills release CCTV image of man in a Puma they want to speak with

West Midlands Police has released a CCTV image of a man they wish to talk to following a robbery on Friezland Lane, Brownhills, on January 17. 

The robbery took place at around 7.50pm, and saw a staff member threatened with a screwdriver, before assailants demanded the victim to hand over cash from the till.

The man is described as white and was wearing a green Puma hoodie and black fingerless gloves at the time. 

Anyone who has seen the man pictured is asked to contact West Midlands Police via their 101 number, or alternatively on the Live Chat service on their website, quoting reference number 20/116732/26.

A force spokesperson said: "Do you know this man?

"We want to speak to him after a robbery on Friezland Lane, Brownhills, at around 7.50pm on 17 January.

"A shop worker was threatened with a screwdriver and demanded cash from the till."
