Trial date set for Darlaston man who denies 'racially or religiously' harassing neighbour
A Darlaston man has denied harassing a neighbour and will stand trial in August.
Sywash Mohibby, aged 27, appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court on Tuesday to deny two offences of racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment.
It is alleged he caused neighbour Rajinder Ram harassment by using abusive or insulting word or behaviour between April 11 and April 12 this year in Darlaston.
