Judge tells Walsall man who drove whilst banned he is an 'accident waiting to happen'
A Walsall man has been described as a 'fatal accident waiting to happen' by a district judge.
Callum Nightingale, aged 26, was already serving a 36 week suspended sentence for driving whilst disqualified when he was described as 'driving like a lunatic' on the Walsall-Sandwell border by district judge Graham Wilkinson at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court .
Wolverhampton Magistrates Court heard Nightingale went out on December 29, the second anniversary of his late mother's birthday to buy cigarettes and made a mistake taking the car, a Pink Fiat.
