Daniel Griffiths, 37 and of Blakenall Lane, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court via video link from HMP Birmingham.

Griffiths began Tuesday's hearing (December 16) with two separate solicitors representing him for two separate indictments

He is facing a trial in September 2027 for charges of wounding with intent and assaulting a police officer, allegedly committed in June this year. He was given bail until his trial but was remanded in October after being arrested and charged with possessing an imitation firearm, a pistol, which he allegedly used to cause a person victim to fear violence in Walsall.
