Police hunt hit-and-run driver after two pedestrians hit by car and injured, one seriously, in Birmingham
Two people have been hit by a car and injured in Birmingham and police are searching for the driver, who did not stop.
West Midlands Police officers were called to Soho Road, Birmingham following a crash involving a car and two pedestrians.
It happened near the junction with Whitehall Road shortly before 11.20am on Tuesday (December 16).

Due to police closing Soho Road the number 74 bus will need to divert in both directions until further notice along Rookery Road, Church Lane and Hamstead Road in Handsworth, Birmingham.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "One person has sustained serious injuries and the other has leg injuries.
"The driver left the scene and we are working to locate them."
The road has been closed in both directions and motorists are being asked to avoid the area as much as possible.
Anyone with any information, dash cam footage, or who was in the area at the time is asked to call West Midlands Police on 101, quoting incident number 1819 of December 16.
