Thieves stripped the roof of Excel Church in Wolverhampton Street of lead on Monday, causing damage to two windows and a large repair bill.It couldn't have come at a worse time of year for the Pentecostal church, which welcomes over 500 worshippers through its door every Sunday.

But over 900 people enjoyed ChristmasFest on Saturday, where the church car park was transformed into a festival arena hosting festive fun.
