Woman, 33, charged after series of shop thefts in Walsall
A woman has been charged after a string of shop thefts in Walsall.

Lindsey Hammersley, aged 33 from Walsall has been charged with four counts of shop theft.
She has been remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday, December 2.

It comes after hundreds of pounds of items were stolen from a store in August, September and October.
West Midlands Police say they are catching hundreds more suspected shop thieves in the West Midlands, with arrests for shop theft offences rising by more than 60 per cent in the last two years.
