Shocking new details emerge of Hednesford puppy farm conditions including locked-up dogs pumped with illegal hormones to ensure pregnancy
Hednesford puppy farm owners pumped locked-up dogs full of illegal hormone drugs to ensure they became pregnant, a court has heard.
New details have emerged of the shocking conditions of a puppy farm run by pensioners Ian and Susan Wilson.
After hoodwinking owners of bitches by pretending they wanted a family pet the pair would lock the animals up and force them to get pregnant.
The pair, who have pleaded guilty to running an illegal puppy farm for two years between 2017 and 2019, appeared at Birmingham Crown Court to be sentenced on Monday (August 4).
Ian Wilson also pleaded guilty to fraud and money laundering; the pair made more than £105,000 from selling puppies.
