Isaac Brown: Sentencing in West Bromwich stabbing case set to go ahead this morning

The 15-year-old, a pupil at Wodensborough Ormiston Academy, was stabbed to death in New Square, West Bromwich just after 9pm on April 7 last year

The sentencing at Manchester Crown Court has been postponed three times.  Sentencing was delayed Lord Justice Brown on January 30 this year after he asked for more medical reports.

A second hearing in May also adjourned the case until June 11 where a hearing was held in private with the two defendants not present.

Reehan Nazir, aged 18 of Edith Road, Smethwick and a 14-year-old, who can't be named for legal reasons have admitted the manslaughter of the teenager.
