A pub in Staffordshire has reopened after a huge refurb.
The Fountain in Beacon Street, Lichfield, reopened on Friday, with the team saying it was “absolutely fantastic to finally open again”.
The pub closed at the end of September and it took three weeks to carry out the refurb.

A post on social media by the team at the weekend said: “After weeks of hard work getting The Fountain ready, it was absolutely fantastic to finally open our doors again last night!
“The turnout, the atmosphere, the kind words and the support from everyone who came along genuinely meant so much to us. It’s wonderful to see The Fountain buzzing again!
“To everyone who supported us last night, and everyone who’s supported us throughout the refurbishment — thank you. It really does mean the world.
“Here’s to the next chapter of The Fountain, Lichfield!”
