Construction company secures new premises in Wolverhampton
A construction company has secured new premises at Wolverhampton’s Stafford Court.
SafeSite Facilities, which offers a host of services, including providing barriers and traffic management, fencing and hoarding, event products, alarms and CCTV, has completed the letting of Unit 18 at the popular estate.

The versatile commercial warehouse, on Stafford Road, extends in total to 5,200 sq ft, and includes an office, WC and kitchen facilities, with parking also available on site.
Martin Zaki, who handled the letting of the property for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The Stafford Court units, situated in a well-established commercial area of Wolverhampton, continue to generate plenty of interest whenever they become available.
“The estate is conveniently located within a quarter of a mile of Junction 2 of the M54, providing access to the wider Midlands motorway network.
“We are pleased to have completed a letting to SafeSite Facilities for the company to make Unit 18 its new Wolverhampton distribution yard.”
