New chapter for Black Country engineering company after buyout deal
A Black Country engineering company has been acquired by a North West outfit.
Parker Precision in Bilston has been bought out in an undisclosed deal by Brookhouse Aerospace.
Parker Precision employs 35 staff and manufactures precision components for clients in sectors such as aerospace, oil, defence and medical.
It will continue to operate from its base in Vulcan Road following the buyout.

Darwen-based Brookhouse Aerospace specialises in advanced composite and metal components for civil and defence aerospace uses and employs 210 people.
Executive chairman Kenny Worth added: "Following our recent investment in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Darwen and the installation of significant new machining capabilities, the acquisition of Parker Precision is just the next step in our mission to build a leading, mid-market company servicing aerospace and defence industries.
