'We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted,' says Wolverhampton estate agent in running for national award
Wolverhampton-based Leighton Paul estate agents has been shortlisted for the prestigious Property Management Company of the Year award at The Negotiator Awards 2025.
The awards ceremony is set to take place on November 28 in Park Lane, London.
Their nomination acknowledges their continuous business growth, the creation of new employment opportunities, and outstanding client ratings and recommendations from both landlords and tenants.
Martin Paul Chander at Leighton Paul, expressed his pride at being nominated for one of the property industry's most prestigious events, saying: "This recognition means a great deal to us. No matter the outcome on the night, we’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted and to be flying the flag for Wolverhampton on a national stage."
He added: “It’s been a lovely journey with this business, we all love what we do.
“We made the shortlist for Property Management Company of the Year for the growth of our market share of management properties in Wolverhampton in the space of eight years.
“We have grown to almost 600 managed properties by having our focus on customer service and sensible prices for our management fees. As well as this we have an excellent property retention rate as well as a staff retention, they love it here - we are like a family.”
The company has also been ranked among the top three firms for property management in Wolverhampton by Three Best Rated website for the second year running.
