The megastore, Europe’s largest Halloween store, has become a must-visit destination for Halloween lovers across the UK.

Known for its displays and immersive experience, the seasonal business has re-opened its doors on the lower mall opposite Boots, in the Brierley Hill shopping centre, and is packed with thousands of items that should go down a treat this Halloween – from classic costumes and horror masks to bold make-up, eerie décor and quirky autumnal homeware.

New for 2025, shoppers can immerse themselves in updated themed zones and eye-catching displays, including an all-new haunted circus, a refreshed cemetery zone and the return of the popular butcher shop, now with a sinister new crime scene twist.

A life-sized reaper on horseback imported from the US headlines this year’s animatronic line-up, joined by more than 50 other eerie and entertaining figures. From photo opportunities with horror icons to unexpected jump-scares, the store continues to blur the line between shopping and live experience.

Horror fans will not be disappointed either, with new exclusive Ghostface merch following last year’s sell-out success and a dedicated section for Pennywise ahead of the release of Welcome to Derry.

New additions also include Halloween-themed fashion, accessories, homeware, scented candles and more exclusive products celebrating classic horror characters.

More than 30 seasonal jobs have been created with the reopening of the store, which will be spreading Halloween cheer with treat donations to local children’s hospitals.

Rebekah Macchione, assistant manager at Halloween House, said: “We’re excited to be back at Merry Hill for our seventh year – and this is shaping up to be our best one yet!

"Opening weekend was incredible, with queues forming before we opened and amazing reactions from families exploring the store. Halloween House has become a destination in its own right, and the buzz on our social channels already shows how much people have been looking forward to our return! We can’t wait to see families and children enjoying everything we’ve put together for 2025.”

Jonathan Poole, centre manager at Merry Hill, added: “Welcoming Halloween House back is always a highlight for us. It’s a truly unique experience that draws visitors from across the UK, and even some famous faces over the years."

The store is open seven days a week until November, when it will transform into Christmas House, helping to spread festive cheer into the winter months.
