Whimsical Neverland winter experience heads to popular West Midlands attraction this Christmas

Families can look forward to a whimsical Neverland experience at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery this festive season.

As Christmas nears, Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery has shared its plans to transform into a Neverland haven for families.

Twinkling fairy lights, pirate ships, and whimsical forests will be displayed at the city’s popular attraction in the lead up to the festive period.

Neverland at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery will run from October 23 2026 to January 3 2027.

Families will be able to see much-loved characters such as Peter Pan, Wendy, Captain Hook, the crocodile and Tinker Bell.

The Neverland world is best known for being the fantastical place where children never grow-up.

Gas Hall will transform to scenes depicted in the famous Peter Pan tale.

It is hoped that the partnership between Birmingham Museums Trust (BMT) and Sony Music/RG Live will help the museum make much-needed additional income through ticket sales and a pop-up retail shop.

Details on ticket pricing

Early booking has been advised especially in the run-up to Christmas due to limited capacity.

Adult tickets cost £12 for off-peak and £19 for peak tickets.

Child tickets (ages 3-16) cost £8 for off-peak and £14 for peak tickets.
