Police issue appeal over man missing from Wolverhampton since last night

Police have issued a photograph of a man who has been missing since last night.

Harmesh was last seen at 11pm on Wednesday (March 18).

 He is described as being five feet four inches, of stocky build and with a distinctive rose tattoo on the back of his right hand.
