A man will go on trial with two other men in connection with a double murder in Wolverhampton last year.

Duaine Mills and Syed Zain Ali died after being shot in Leicester Street, Wolverhampton, September last year.

Samir Patel, 42, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court today (Thursday) charged with assisting an offender after being arrested in Walsall in January.
