Police appeal for help after New Year Day attack in Birmingham
Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in Birmingham.
At 1.30am on New Years' Day, the man was attacked by a group of people in Barford Street, close to the city centre.

The group stabbed the man in one of his legs, requiring hospital treatment, before leaving the area.
Officers investigating the attack are appealing to the public for any information which could help in their enquiries.

They are particularly keen to identify 12 men (pictured above), who may know more about what happened.
