'The level of interest received was really pleasing': Trio of commercial lettings completed at Black Country industrial estate
Towler Shaw Roberts has successfully been involved in completing a trio of commercial warehouse lettings at Bilston Industrial Estate alongside joint agents Fisher German.
Units 11, 12 and 13 at the popular estate off Oxford Street, Bilston, have all attracted new tenants.
Martin Zaki, of Taylor Shaw Roberts, said after the completion of the hat-trick of lettings: “The level of interest received was really pleasing.
“All the units consist of warehouse space measuring circa 3,000 sq ft, with a single office, and parking is also available onsite.
“Bilston Industrial Estate is conveniently located just off the A41 Oxford Street, accessed via Vulcan Road or Oxford Street itself, while it’s around two and a half miles from Wolverhampton city centre and has good road links to both the M6 and M5 motorways.
“We are delighted to have played our part in completing these three lettings to separate local businesses.”
