Police want to speak to him following an attempted burglary at an address in Birmingham.
They have launched an investigation after a man attempted to gain entry into several addresses before getting inside a property on Holly Lane, Erdington on January 4 between 6am and 7am.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "As part of our enquires we would like to identify the man pictured and would ask anyone who recognises him to speak to us.
"Anyone with any information is asked to call 101, quoting crime number 20/103432/26, or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
