MAX O'LEARY

Composed again from the goalkeeper, and two fine saves early in second half but beaten by Hughes who turned in corner at far post. Frustrating.

Beaten 6

BRAYANN PEREIRA

One or two wayward crosses but his defending was particularly sharp to keep out hosts. Was made to stay busy by some lively home attackers but sticks with it.

Committed 7

CHRIS MEPHAM

Continued recent good run of form with composed, polished defending. Rarely flustered and used the ball well but like others will be unhappy about PNE goal.

Strong 7

GEORGE CAMPBELL

A couple of slips in possession but physically defended well with some key blocks, not least after a misjudgement in the air in first half. Another big late block.

Mixed 6

CALLUM STYLES

Bright in the first period and part of a lively left flank that asked questions of the hosts. Asked questions himself after break with threat down his side. Kept going and involved in goal.

Busy 7

HARRY WHITWELL

A really poor day for the youngster who is struggling at the moment and was withdrawn on 60. Given the nod on the available right side and couldn’t grab it. Has to be stronger and better with ball.

Struggling 5

OUSMANE DIAKITE

Had a pretty strong first half both with and without the ball. So often the pivot that kept play going. Guilty of losing ball for hosts’ goal, though.

Mixed 6

JAYSON MOLUMBY

His side’s star man. Enjoying a strong run of form and that continued here. Grasps contest by scruff of neck with his authority - again with and without the ball.

Authority 7

ISAAC PRICE

Lots of nice moments from the attacker who eventually ended with another assist as effort saved for Heggego. Tried too much or to be too intricate on occasions, but still influential.

Creator 6

FELIX HORN MYHRE

Potentially the Norwegian’s best Albion game yet. He looked confidence after match-winner previously and showed some nice feet and got into good areas. Involved in equaliser.

Impressed 7

BARNEY STEWART

Given the nod in the lone striker role with Horn Myhre for support and struggled somewhat. Thrives on service and had very little but needs to be stronger with hold-up play.

Lacked 6

Substitutes:

Jimmy-Jay Morgan (for Whitwell, 60) A couple of eye-catching moments 6.

Aune Heggebo (for Stewart, 60) Sent one wide but telling late equaliser as form goes on 7.

Kareem Tunde (for Horn Myhre, 85) Rare run out, one or two decent bits n/a.

Rabby Nzingoula (for Diakite, 88) Huge chance late on but messed up n/a.

Subs not used: Ingram (gk), Townsend, Phillips, Bany.
