Trams restricted due to car on the tracks in Birmingham
Commuters using the West Midlands Metro tonight are facing some restrictions due to a car on the tracks at St Chad's.
There are currently no services running between Winson Green and Edgbaston village.
Trams from Wolverhampton are currently terminating at Winson Green.
West Midlands Metro said on X: "Due to a car on the tracks at St Chads, there is currently no service between Winson Green and Edgbaston Village. Trams are operating between Wolverhampton Station and Winson Green only.
"Tickets accepted on National Express West Midlands NX74 and with West Midlands Railway between Birmingham and Wolverhampton. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
