Food Standards Agency ratings are handed out to restaurants across the country on a regular basis, giving eaters a glance at a venue's cleanliness, food safety, and food handling.

The ratings provide a snapshot of the general level of cleanliness and operations of takeaways, restaurants and food hubs across the nation, giving customers a chance to make an informed decision on where they should dine.
