Wolverhampton man jailed for 'suffocating woman with a pillow' on cruise ship

A Wolverhampton man has been jailed for almost four years after assaulting a woman on a cruise ship.

David Morris, aged 57, was sentenced to three-years-and-ten-months in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Wednesday (22 October) after he pleaded guilty to intentional suffocation.

In April, Morris and the victim were on a cruise when he suffocated her with a pillow.
