As The Royal British Legion launch its latest poppy appeal, we take a look at some of the community displays across Staffordshire and the Black Country over recent years.

2018 - Wendy Evans, 74 from New Invention in the West Midlands stands next to the poppy wall she helped to make which contains over 2,500 hand knitted poppies. The falling poppy wall was on display at The Bell Inn, in Willenhall. Thousands of knitted poppies were hung from the historic pub in the run up to Remembrance Day in a stunt which took two years to create. Local knitters painstaking created every individual poppy by hand over a 24-month period. Picture Michael Scott/Caters News
