Wolverhampton man accused of Dudley shooting and attempted murder 'had no intent to kill'
The Wolverhampton man accused of attempted murder after a shooting in Dudley has denied he had "any intent to kill".
Leon Haughton, of West Green, Penn is on trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court accused of attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life,and possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life.
The charges relate to an n incident in Merryfield Road, Dudley when a man was shot at around 1.20am on April 6 this year.
