Man, 59, arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following fatal M6 collision
A man has been arrested following a fatal collision involving a motorcycle on the M6.
West Midlands Police have announced that a man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal collision on the M6, near Walsall and Willenhall.
The incident saw a lorry collide with a motorcycle at around 3pm on Monday, with the rider of the motorcycle being confirmed dead at the scene.

Now, a 59-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, with police saying that their enquiries are continuing.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal collision on the M6.
"The 59-year-old was arrested following yesterday's collision with a motorcyclist near Junction 10.
"He is in custody this morning while our enquiries continue."
The family is being supported by specialist officers, with officers from the force's Serious Collision Investigation Unit now appealing for more information.
The force said: "The family of the man who died in the collision have been notified and is being supported by officers.
"Officers from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the collision, which happened shortly before 3pm near Junction 10.
" They are keen to speak to any drivers who were in the vicinity at the time and especially want to see any dashcam footage which could help with their enquiries."
