Storm Amy in Wolverhampton: Tree falls down blocking road to motorists - council issues warning
Specialist teams are removing a storm damaged tree which is blocking an area of a road in Wolverhampton.
Wolverhampton Council say Jeffcock Road, Merridale is expected to be closed outside number 184 for the majority of the day.
A spokesman said: "The tree requires specialist machinery to safely remove the remainder of it.
"We would advise people to use nearby side streets to navigate around it."
It comes as a Met Office Amber warning for wind remains in place until 7pm..
