Attempted murder trial: Jury shown CCTV footage of moment shot is fired in Dudley
The jury in the trial of a man accused of attempted murder after a shooting in Dudley have been show CCTV footage of the alleged incident.
Leon Haughton, of West Green, Penn is accused of attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life,and possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life.
It follows an incident in Merryfield Road, Dudley when a man was shot at around 1.20am on April 6 this year.
Haughton was arrested eight days later in Great Hampton Street, Wolverhampton when police searched a car and found a live firearm.
