Security guard assaulted in Walsall store - police launch appeal

Police are investigating after a security guard was assaulted in Walsall.

West Midlands Police have released an image of a woman they want to talk to after a security guard was assaulted at a store in George Street, Walsall

The incident was reported to have taken place at around 6.40pm on August 16, and saw the security guard being pushed and hit.

Thankfully, they were not seriously injured.

Now, police have released a CCTV image of a woman they wish to talk to in relation to the incident, asking anyone with information to contact them directly. 

A force spokesperson said: "Do you know this woman? We want to speak to her after a security guard was assaulted on 16 August at a store on George Street, Walsall.
