Driver found asleep at wheel with balloon in his mouth in Walsall street
A officers seized a car after finding the driver fast asleep at the wheel with a suspected nitrous oxide balloon in his mouth.
The driver was spotted near the town centre by the St Matthew's policing team on Saturday night(Sat30) who were carrying out patrols and dealing with anti-social behaviour incidents.
They came across the parked up car with the driver asleep.
They then discovered that he was an uninsured driver and confiscated the car.
Walsall Poilice posted on X: "@StMatthewsWMP yesterday evening (30/08), T2 officers targeted ASB locations. At one location, a male was found asleep at the wheel of a running car with a nitrous oxide balloon in his mouth! Unfortunately for him, he was also uninsured on the vehicle which was subsequently seized. #NoInsurance
